After waiting 8 weeks we finally have the internet.

After the 3rd let down, when the engineers, or technicians did not turn up, I finally said enough and rang orange, as part of the conversation I said the service was not good and what were they going to do about it?

The technicians arrived today!!!

I find that offering people a hot beverage ( in the words of Sheldon) works wonders, and I am picking up this is unusual (whether for English people to offer, or just generally I don’t know), as they looked at me as if I had grown another head, but we’re very grateful and very helpful.
